有人能帮我搬进去吗?

Move-in bins are available, but personal carts or dollies are recommended. Move-in bins borrowed from the university will be cleaned between each use. 

How do I check-in during my selected move-in time?

During your two-hour window, please report to the front of your assigned hall. 工作人员 will be there to officially check you in. 在办理登机手续时，您将:

Once you select your move-in date and time, please check your email for a registration confirmation message. This will include full parking guidelines. 你不需要停车许可证.

• Most traditional halls (exception of Towers) do not have elevators or air conditioning. Plan your packing accordingly including your box fan and bring water for move in day.
• Do not bring pets on move in days as pets are not allowed in the halls.

• In addition to getting to know each other, make sure to discuss furniture needs and room arrangement details.

• Students in traditional residence halls and 的套房 are required to have a meal plan. For Haymarket, 修道院, 财政大臣 and Aspenson Mogensen, a residence meal plan is optional.
• If you do not select a meal plan by August 9th, your meal plan will default to the Gold Flex Meal Plan.

• Changes available ONLINE until August 9th or IN PERSON at the Blugold Card Office in Davies Center from August 28th through September 13th at 4pm. 
  
  

你 need your Blugold ID card to access your assigned building (and your room in Towers, 财政大臣, 和套房), 使用你的饮食计划, 洗衣服, get books and take care of other essential services on campus.

网上照片提交要求:  避免不必要的延误, students are required to upload a photo online at their earliest convenience.  Students who do not submit their pictures at least five days before needing their Blugold Mobile ID could experience delays in accessing their dorm, eating on-campus and renting textbooks. It is strongly encouraged that ALL incoming freshmen and transfer students submit their pictures as soon as possible. 

Once your photo is submitted and approved, you will receive instructions on how to add your Blugold Mobile ID to your device. 

Students will be e-mailed an ‘On-Line Photo Submission’ invitation e-mail and should follow the instructions outlined in that e-mail to submit their photo and a copy of their government issued ID.  Students needing the e-mail re-sent can contact Blugold Card Services at 715-836-4093 or BlugoldCard@stevebeilsteinarchitect.com
